3. Account Registration & Security
- You may only operate one (1) active account per mobile number and bank account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and OTPs.
- ColorKhelo will never ask for your password via phone or email.
4. Financial Transactions
- All deposits are final and non-refundable.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts matching the registered user's verified identity.
- We reserve the right to hold withdrawals for up to 48 hours for security verification.
- Taxes (TDS) on winnings will be deducted automatically as per Indian government regulations.
5. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud
Any use of bots, automated scripts, multiple IP addresses, or collusion to manipulate game results will result in immediate account suspension and confiscation of all wallet balances without prior notice.
